Syzygy Corporation was founded on the need to provide Queensland SME's with a cost effective professional services firm that was committed to delivering the highest quality business solutions at the most affordable price.

With strong background in the IT industry having worked or consulted to organisations such as: BHP, Carlton and United Breweries, AMP, Reserve Bank of Australia, Hammersley Iron, Airways Corporation of New Zealand, Immigraion and Ethnic Affairs, Department of Finance, Federal Police, Price Waterhouse Urwick and Bouganville Copper; the Directors saw real opportunity to turn their skills and experience into an asset that is untimately usable by Queensland SME's to enable the early adoption of technology solutions. From the very first business planning sessions it was always agreed that the company would develop three business units to address: Consulting, Recruitment and Systems Integration.

The initial service lines focussed largely on the delivery of independent strategic consulting advice through the Syzygy Consulting business unit.

With the success of Syzygy Consulting the Directors turned to the establishment of Syzygy People with the recruitment of a Syzygy People Client Services Manager to develop the business with a particular emphasis on the Contact / Call Centre industry. Within its first 12 months of operation Syzygy People had established a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) with Citibank and had in excess of 50 staff engaged by 5 large Contact Centre clients within Brisbane.

The third business unit Syzygy Technology is targetted at the delivery of Systems Integration services using not only the technical expertise of its own staff, but also by partnering with highly capable specialist IT companies. As well Syzygy Technology has partnered with Epicor Software, Precise Business Solutions, Star Accounting Solutions, Cogita, Leading Solutions, Microsoft and IBM to deliver end-to-end solutions to clients in the SME space.
